Background
Kaposi's
sarcoma
has
features
of
both
hyperplastic
proliferation
and
neoplastic
growth.
Multiple
lesions,
in
which
spindle
cells
are
prominent,
often
arise
synchronously
over
widely
dispersed
areas.

hypothesis
that
the
spindle
cells
in
these
multicentric
